Dear Fellow Man-things,

Hello. It is me, Fred, the Average Human (who is certainly not a dinosaur).

How have I been? Oh, you know. Average.

You sure wouldn’t believe the day I had at the office! Ha ha. Office. Where I do man-thing things for paper currency, which I spend on trivialities such as shoes and haircuts.

I consumed a healthy salad for lunch with other delicious bipeds my coworkers, because I am watching my diet! Too much red meat can be really bad for you, don’t you know.

Oh, and… APRIL FOOLS! I bet I totally had you all going with my cunning disguise, huh? You should have seen the look on your faces.

Shake your groove thing

I’ve been around for millions of years, so you better believe that I’ve developed a fine appreciation for music. When you get right down to it, though, nothing’s better than some good rock and roll – and the headbang is my forte! This weekend, I got to see the band Bachelor Party as they blew the lid off Hansil’s in Oakland, NJ… and I even got to be in the limelight, myself!

Hopefully I’ll get to see them again soon! In the mean time, I took some fun pictures of my night on the town.

Feed me, I’m Irish!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all my loyal fans! Enjoy the new holiday theme while it lasts – and look for new ones on future holidays!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I believe there’s some corned beef with my name on it…

Ask a Dino!

Hello, my many fans!

I’ve just recently been introduced to a neat social networking tool called Formspring, where people can ask questions anonymously and receive answers! Since I am many millions of years old, and have a lot of experience, I figured it’d only be fitting if I signed up! You can ask me whatever questions you want, and I will endeavor to give you a speedy and insightful reply!

Click here to go to Murray’s Formspring page!

If this catches on enough that people use it regularly, I might look into integrating it into the web site in the same way that Twitter is currently.

Happy hunting!

Murphy!? The Dinosaur

It wasn’t long after I posted pictures of my family reunion that my good friend Edward Tester offered to share his home with a member of my extensive family. I asked for any volunteers, and my cousin Murphy stepped forward and offered to take the plunge into the United States Postal Service, all the way to the arid badlands you meatlings call Nevada.

And Murphy’s triumphant arrival! You can see all of the pictures of his hazardous adventure in our new album, Cheap Travel is Hard to Find. Let’s hope Murphy has some great adventures with Ed!

I’m sure the fine folks at Pier 1 appreciate it, though.
